DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?

While physicians do refer to us for FCE's, a referral from a physician is not required. Workers' compensation case managers, personal injury attorneys, employers, state disability representatives, and self referrals are all accepted.

Patients Deserve Fast & Convenient Care.

So, for over a year, we refined the equipment and methods so as to fit all needed supples into the trunk of a car. We are able to, very easily, move our equipment anywhere we need to and still provide the same quality FCE one would receive in a clinical setting.

WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?

We do not accept insurances at this time, but we do have a discounted rate for patients who wish to utilize the self-pay option. For the individual desiring to self-pay, documentation is available for you to submit with your insurance company; many insurances will reimburse a set rate for an FCE's. Workers' compensation companies, attorney offices, and state disability representatives are all accepted avenues for payments to be determined.

WHERE CAN YOU SEE PATIENTS?

Currently, we cover about a 50 mile radius from Augusta, GA. We are actively looking for partners in other territories to join our team and provide our services in the most convenient way to patients in need. If you are located outside of this 50 mile radius, please contact us--we may be actively growing into your area now.
